  • The Volunteer Coordinator supports MMN programs by recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers while ensuring effective engagement, accurate reporting, and positive volunteer experiences. This working supervisory role requires strong leadership, cultural awareness, and knowledge of sustainable waste management practices.

  • The Operations Manager oversees daily operations and supervises the Field Technicians and Volunteer Coordinator to ensure efficient program delivery, accurate reporting, and smooth organizational functioning. This working supervisory role supports the Executive Director through program oversight, administrative coordination, and operational management.
